We are hiring for the first CHOOSE ME studio in Dubai: nail technicians, receptionists and a studio manager. Base salary plus commission, medical insurance, paid training and a career ladder from technician to manager. Newly qualified technicians with strong fundamentals and experienced Russian manicure technicians are both welcome.

Dubai ladies salons are licensed to serve women only, so client-facing roles (technician, receptionist) are performed by female staff in line with Dubai Municipality and DET requirements. The studio manager role is open to all qualified candidates. Employment contracts, visas and medical insurance will be issued by the Dubai operating company once licensed; until then this page collects expressions of interest only. Accommodation support for relocating technicians is discussed individually.
Choose your role in the CHOOSE ME system
Nail technician
We would love to hear from you if you share our philosophy and see your work as a craft that creates emotion as well as technique. You strive for perfection in detail, from flawless sterility to a perfect cuticle line. You keep learning and want to master our methods (our training is mandatory). Russian manicure experience is a strong plus, we train the rest. Schedule by shifts within 10:00 to 22:00, in line with UAE labour law. Base salary plus commission, visa, health card, training, uniform. Salary range is shared at the first interview.
Receptionist
You are the face of the studio. Naturally empathetic: you read people, ease tension with a smile and make every guest feel expected. You love order in the schedule, the documents and on the shelves. Calm under pressure and kind with people. You keep a neat, professional appearance in line with the studio uniform policy. English required, Russian or Arabic a plus. Shifts within 9:30 to 22:00, comfortable workplace, CRM, full training.
Studio manager
A leader by nature: the team follows you because they trust you. An entrepreneur at heart: you think in profit, margin, client loyalty and growth. A systems thinker who turns chaotic processes into clear regulations and loves data without forgetting the human factor.
