What we collect. Name, mobile number, email and the information you type into our forms: waitlist, gift cards, careers, franchise enquiry. We do not collect payment details on this website.

Why and on what basis. To reply to your enquiry and to contact you about the opening, your gift card, your job application or your franchise enquiry (your consent and our legitimate interest in replying). Offers and news are sent only if you tick the optional marketing box; you can unsubscribe at any time.

International transfers. Your data is stored and processed outside the UAE: on hosting and email servers in the USA and EU (Vercel, Google) and in the CHOOSE ME head-office systems in the Russian Federation, where our team reviews enquiries. We rely on your explicit consent for these transfers and apply contractual safeguards with each provider. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing choose.me.nails@gmail.com; we will then stop processing except where retention is required by law.

Who sees it. The CHOOSE ME team and the service providers that host this website and deliver messages. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

How long. Until you ask us to delete it or 24 months after your last contact with us, whichever comes first.

Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. Email choose.me.nails@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office.

Cookies and third parties. This site sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. If we add analytics or advertising tools we will ask for your consent first via a cookie banner.
